An error occurred while saving the comment Would love to provide such a package, but so far we haven't found a way to provide a free service. We have provided in the past free rendering for open movies and will look into providing this again in the future, when we will have the opportunity to do that.

An error occurred while saving the comment What you have seems to be a normal Luxrender export, so yes, it can be rendered on our farm.
What you'll have to do it to copy the files in a separate directory and unpack the .zip textures. Then try rendering locally with luxrender. If it renders properly, zip the folder contents (not the folder itself) and upload it on our farm.
An error occurred while saving the comment We currently support Luxrender 1.3.1
An error occurred while saving the comment V-Ray is added as well
An error occurred while saving the comment Luxrender support has been added. Currently supporting Lux 1.2
Working on adding support for Vray as well, but that will take longer
An error occurred while saving the comment We're planing on getting those added. Starting with luxrender first

An error occurred while saving the comment There is no official guide yet, but I am writing here how it can be done:
- make sure all the files needed for rendering are in the same directory, with the .lxs file in the directory
- zip the directory content (not the directory itself)
- upload the .zip file in our interfaceAlternatively, you can upload the same files on FTP. If you choose to do that, please first create a directory in the FTP root, then upload the files in that directory. After uploading, the files will become visible in our web interface where you add the job.
More details on the FTP uploads here: http://render.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/183344-how-ftp-uploads-work

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for trying RenderStreet.
The time interval that passes before a job starts processing is used to analyze the project and allocate servers to it. It varies between a few seconds and a few minutes, depending on several factors in our system.
However, once a job has started, there are no more delays in processing it.
Thanks for the suggestion, Maciej. There is, in fact, a next page that contains the information. You just need to enter your name and email in the first page and you'll get to the next one. And you can also find the information in our general terms of service.
